There are a number of ways you can find out more about properties.
In the ‘Property View’ click the 'Property Details' link under “>>More Options” on the right side of any property summary. You can also browse specific aspects of a project by clicking the links 'Area Information' and 'Financial Information'.
In the ‘List View’ click on the {INSERT ICON} icon to see property details.
If there are multiple lots in a single property listing, click on 'View All Properties' under ‘More Options’ to view a list of all the lots associated with this property. You can click the headings in this list to re-sort the results, click through for more details and even add properties to the Shortlist.
On the ‘Property View’ page you can add the top-performing property to the Shortlist by clicking the ‘Add to Shortlist’ link to the right of each property summary box.
On the ‘List View’ page, you can add a property to the Shortlist from the list by clicking on the ‘+’ icon.
Unlike the 'Property View' tab, the 'List View' tab doesn't group lots into multi-lot projects. Instead, it lists all properties in the system in order of best to worst performing, according to your selected investment strategy and filters (Area, Property and Performance).
The system allows you to print a Property Report for either just one property, or for ALL of the properties in your Shortlist and all of your scenarios.
You can select what content you would like in the report by either using a predefined template or clicking the advanced options.
You may have questions about a particular property, or a group of properties (such as those in your Shortlist).
You can ask us about any one of these properties by selecting 'Enquire About Property' under ‘>>More Options’ next to the property (or multi-lot project) you have a query about.
Click the ‘Send Enquiry’ button to ask us about a specific property in your shortlist.
To enquire about all the properties in your Shortlist, click 'Enquire about all' at the top of the results.
Ready to select a property? First step: put it on hold.
Putting a property ‘on hold’ reserves it for up to 72 hours while our team makes contact with you to verify the details of the property and your request. During this team, you’ll be contacted to discuss the details of the purchase process and answer any queries you have.
To place a property on hold, click the 'Put On Hold' button next to the property you have selected on the Shortlist page. This will open a 'Sales Advice' form for the relevant property. Complete this form and click 'Send & Print' to submit it to us and get a printed copy for your records.
If you are unsure about the property and just wish to make an initial enquiry, select ‘Send Enquiry’.
